Customer Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Portfolio Manager with an outstanding personality, responsible for managing the assigned customer portfolio, including key accounts, with a strong focus on revenues, profitability, cash flow, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also develop and lead your Customer Success Team, which includes Business Development Managers (BDMs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Customer Buyers (CBs), ensuring effective collaboration and business growth.
We are looking for a Customer Portfolio Manager in Badalgama - Sri Lanka with immediate effect.
Your tasks and Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- P&L responsibilities & KPI Management: Recommend changes to enhance efficiency & collaborate on process Improvements with stakeholders.
- Leadership, Coaching & Management: Team/ Individual development, employee lifecycle management, Organization Development, Foster Learning & Knowledge Sharing. (e.g.: Industry trends & development, project management).
- Risk & Performance Management: Asses/mitigate risks associated with customer relationships, monitor and track performance of the portfolio and Individual customers against established KPIs and goals.
- Analytics & Trends: Analyze customer data to Identify trends and opportunities for Improvement, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Industry trends and developments, leverage business Intelligence platform (Qlik/SAP).
Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Bachelor or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical) from a recognized professional institute.
- MSc in Business Administration or similar qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience In Project Management/ Business Management field Including 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Should be a dynamic professional with leadership, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities, who can manage projects, stakeholders, and conflicts while using relevant IT tools to drive success.
- Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is necessary. Hands-on experience with MS 365, Advanced Excel and an ERP system preferably with SAP will be an added advantage.
