We are currently looking for a HR Specialist for our location in Romania.
Main responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for employee development and performance improvement.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Purpose
- HR specialists support human resources departments and typically possess a broad range of HR knowledge while specializing in a particular aspect of the employee experience, such as recruiting, onboarding and trinings
Education / Experience & Skills
- University - Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven track record in a similar position
- English – Advanced/Intermediate
- MS Office Package
- Good communication and organization skills
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of Romanian legislation - HR Systems
