Technicians - Test production support

We are currently looking for skilled Individuals to contribute to our test production support team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in involving test systems troubleshooting, failure analysis of PCB assemblies, test systems calibrations and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strong knowledge of electronics, and excellent analytical and organizational abilities. You should have a passion for innovation and the drive to enhance your skillset, to work with cutting-edge engineering tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support test field via 1st level support, investigate failures related to machines, test programs, fixtures, or PCBAs.
- Support technicians to analyze test programs, read electronic schematics, test specifications etc.
- First Pass Yield (FPY) increase of test projects.
- Failure analysis on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) manufactured in production floor.
- Perform calibration of power supplies, measuring devices, and other test equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of the test systems and test adaptors.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Electronics/Mechatronics.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong knowledge & Skills in troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Experience in using measuring devices (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc).
- Understanding of test software interfaces and data logging.
- Familiarity with programming languages.
- Prior experience in the electronic manufacturing industry-related field would be an added advantage.
