Product Quality Engineer

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and document customer specific requirements;
• Create and implement Quality Control plans, defining inspection criteria & methods
• Manage Customer complains and internal nonconformities;
• Create corrective actions reports, 8D, A3, Quality Alerts
• Prepare kpi’s reports
• Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions implementation, perform routine checks
• Providing inputs for production processes and Quality Management System improvements; up-date related documents

Education / Experience & Skills

• University – electronics, electromechanics
• Proven track record in a similar position; Experience in customer relation; quality core tools.
• English – Advanced/Intermediate
• MS Office Package (Charts, Statistical functions are madatory)
• Good communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong attitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• SAP knowledge in this field of expertise 
• Proficiency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
