We are currently looking for a QMS & ESG representative for our location in Romania.
Main responsibilities
- Supporting Management reviews
- Hosting internal and external audits
- Train and promote QMS awareness
- Participate in audit follow up activities
- Active participation at the implementation of the integrated quality-environment-health and occupational safety management system (SR EN ISO 9001:2015 & SR EN ISO 14001:2015 & SR EN ISO 45001:2023)
- Risk Identification, Assessment & Mitigation
- Training & promoting a safety culture
- Incident Reporting, Investigation & Documentation
- Safety Audits and Inspections
- ESG integration Monitoring
- Data Collection and Reporting
- Employee Engagement and Training
Purpose
- QMS acts as a Quality subject matter expert on Site. Promoting QMS awareness and compliance requirements, represents Variosystems Global QMS within site specific organization. Participates with country management team and site process owners/experts in management reviews, internal/external audits and improvement activities.
- Ensures a safe and healthy working environment by implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and regulations. This role involves managing site-specific health and safety practices to prevent accidents, minimize risks, and ensure compliance with legal standards
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing sustainability and responsible business practices within a specific site. This position bridges the gap between the strategy defined by the global ESG Manager, site-specific operations, ensuring that the organization’s commitments to environmental protection, social responsibility and governance standards are actively carried out in day-to day operations.
Education / Experience and Skills
- University
- Proven track recordin a similar position
- English – Advanced/Intermediate
- MS Office Package
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of QMS system and requirements
- Attention to details
- H&S Romanian legislation
- Environmental Romanian legislation
- Presentation & reporting
- Comunication and interpersonal skills
- Training skills
